Ingredients: (for 25 Cakes)
      Dough       Filling
    Outer dough
  • Instant blending flour 300g
  • Butter 120g
  • Sugar 50g
  • Warm water 140ml
    Inner pastry dough
  • Best for pastry flour 250g
  • Butter 140g
  • Red bean paste 500g
  • Glutinous rice flour 150g
  • Wheat starch 30g
  • Sugar 100g
  • warm water 150ml~180ml
  • Egg yolk

  Measurement Convert  

Prepare the Filling
  • Mix (b)~(d) together and pour in the water slowly and blend them and knead them onto a soft and sticky dough.
  • Put the dough in the microwave oven cook for 4 minutes.
  • Set the dough aside until it gets cold. Divide into 25 shares of "sticky-ball".

Make the Cakes
  • Use the outer and inner dough ingredients to prepare 25 "Crispy Pastries".
  • Wrap the red bean paste around the sticky-balls, the wrap the filling into the pastry.
  • Lay all the wrapped cakes on the bake-tray and brush some egg-yolk on the cakes.
  • Put the cakes in the 395°F preheated oven and bake for 20~23 minutes. Ready for serve.
